Rod and Cherie Mathison settled as the 5th generation on the Mathison family farmstead in 2009. Not being farmers themselves, they searched for an opportunity to be self-employed and serve their community at the same time. The answer came through family when Jerry Nordeen offered monument restoration training. Cherie’s brother Jerry, operates a successful Monument Solutions business in Nebraska, along with his son Jeff whose Monument Solutions business is in Colorado. 

Rod, a retired truck driver, and Cherie, a genealogist with a fondness for old cemeteries, are ready to help you with the issues your gravestones and bronze markers may have.
